Pick one of the following Slow roasted lamb infused with fresh rosemary and seasoned and marinated in a unique blend of subtle spices. Served with a complimentary fresh mint sauce and a homemade herb and mustard sauce. Or Free range chickens sourced from our local farm, served with sage and onion stuffing and a slowly caramelised pinot noir red onion gravy. Or Spit roasted turkey served with sweet cranberry sauce, seasoned sage and onion stuffing and homemade gravy. Or Homemade burgers hand grounded using the finest chuck steak, served with a garlic aioli and homemade sweet tomato relish on a floury bun. Sausages sourced from award winning local butcher. Sweet and tangy marinated BBQ spare ribs. Or Sirloin roast beef hung for 35 days, served with a horseradish sauce and a rich pinot noir and caramelised onion gravy.
